When we came into the beautiful lush gardens of the Anantara property to go to Sea Fire Salt for dinner, we began to suspect what a special evening was in store. No disappointments - simply excellence and joy once and again. From the Lobster Bisque, to the Shrimp Risotto and perfectly prepared Lamb, through to Lemon Torte and Tiramisu, culinary delights was our experience. Through the evening, Fausto and his staff made certain all our needs were met with engaging hospitality and joy. BTW, great wine and creative drinks were enjoyed as well!

主菜说真的我不太懂得品味 ，但简单的从口感味道 上说，那都是极好的，肉超级嫩而且还多汁，龙虾 也一点不老，嫩嫩的跟老虎虾似的，而且主菜都是摆放在盐砖上的，滋味也是挺香。 不过可惜也是见识太少，交流也有困难，没有用他们特色盐佐料，这个餐厅名字就可以看出来SALT 是一个主题，服务员推着的小车上是各种各样的盐佐料，可惜当时不懂，没有品尝就错过了。 &nbsp;奶油蘑菇汤跟甜点芒果糯米饭简直好吃上天了，是我这辈子吃的最好吃的蘑菇汤和糯米饭了。 蘑菇汤真的是不仅有奶油的香气，还有一个独特的泰国香料味道，蘑菇的味道也是淡淡的正好起到点缀作用，加上牛奶的香甜，简直好喝到咬舌头了。
