Beyond expectations, my hat&rsquo;s off to Karlo Milavic, supervisor at Coya who made our evening special. Ambient and decor is stunning, great atmosphere, music, food absolutely amazing and what a great crew and service. Everything top quality. Fun place to come visit again.

Come here to enjoy a lovely brunch, it was a really great experience. The high quality of the Four Seasons Resort doesn&#39;t need to be introduced anymore, but this location is just a few meters away from the sea, the environment and everything are great. The chance to taste Spanish beef ham with cantaloupe, salmon fillet, and a plate of seafood and sushi is perfect. The breeze from the sea adds color to this perfect business lunch. Quiet, elegant, vibrant and really enjoyed everything except the flamenco selection didn&rsquo;t match the atmosphere here. Great service and friendly staff. Will come back soon for a romantic dinner.

伦敦连锁过来的餐厅，周六晚餐预约了10pm， 最后11点才吃上，在bar喝了一个小时的酒，也结识了有趣的陌生人，但是在有预约的情况下,这个等位时间确实很长。 这里的鸡尾酒做的不错，现场制作的guacamole简直太好吃了，应该是我吃过的最好吃的guacamole。 一看菜单ceviche, 来之前不知道是Peruvian cuisine(秘鲁菜），看菜单发现是秘鲁菜后，马上激发了我的兴致。　菜单风格有些混合，还有taco，像是modern south american cuisine。 点了一些ceviche，点了taco，一些串串，还有几道海鲜，没怎么照相，味道都很好吃，餐厅气氛也好。 回头一看，还有一个铁门里面有一个private room，非常有感觉。 香港最爱的秘鲁餐厅是ichu，菜品不相上下，装修在香港也算不错，但是和coya一比，气氛相差甚远。 没去过london的coya，回来上网一搜，发现dubai这家和london那家相似度很高，如此连锁，便不是独一无二的，心中小小失望，但并不影响对dubai这家的美好感觉。

A chain restaurant from London. We made a reservation for dinner at 10pm on Saturday, but we didn&#39;t get to eat until 11pm. We drank for an hour at the bar and met some interesting strangers, but the waiting time was really long even with a reservation. 

The cocktails here are good, and the guacamole made on site is so delicious. It should be the best guacamole I have ever eaten. When I saw the menu, I didn&#39;t know that it was Peruvian cuisine before I came. After seeing the menu and finding out that it was Peruvian cuisine, I immediately became interested. The menu style is a bit mixed, and there is also taco, which is like modern south american cuisine. 

I ordered some ceviche, taco, some skewers, and a few seafood dishes. I didn&#39;t take many photos. They all tasted delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Looking back, there was a private room inside the iron door, which was very impressive. My favorite Peruvian restaurant in Hong Kong is ichu. The dishes are comparable and the decoration is also good in Hong Kong, but compared with coya, the atmosphere is far different. 

I have never been to the Coya in London, so when I came back and searched online, I found that the one in Dubai is very similar to the one in London. For a chain like this, it is not unique. I was a little disappointed, but it did not affect my good impression of the one in Dubai.

COYA-Restaurant Village Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach Road, Jumeirah 2 - Dubai拉美菜系对于国人来说是一个几乎陌生的领域，如果除去taco在国内尴尬的境地之后，几乎没有一个能让人提起的代表菜。真的是因为拉美菜不符合亚洲人的胃口吗？在我拜访了COYA之后，我有了答案。Maki Roll de Calamares 哈哈我又要来迫害小鱿鱼了！都怪它太好吃了，这道菜从名字就可以看出是一道结合了日料的南美调味菜，长得像寿司小卷，其实糯米饭香脆藜麦，一种南美洲的典型主食小麦，佐以石榴和aji amarillo一种黄辣椒酱。作为一道开胃小食非常成功，口感味觉层次都很丰富，直接让我对接下来的菜品提高了一个期待层次。Mistura de Ceviches就是纪录片爱好者对于拉美地区印象最深的一道菜&mdash;&mdash;五道风味酸橘汁腌鱼。服务员一看亚洲面孔还特地两次过来介绍需要按逆时针顺序品尝，要用他们专门小碗小勺带汤汁一口干下，从芝麻调味金枪鱼开始至橙味鲷鱼结束。果然，能吃出口感的差异，而且不同品种的鱼类搭配不同的调味都有不一样的层次变化。但是对于我这个老饕来说还是有点消受不来，除了第一碟芝麻豆粉调味的金枪鱼还算符合我口味以外，其他时候都让我不停捏着鼻子眉头紧锁&hellip;Papa Seca Coliflor爸爸铁锅&hellip;很好我被这个铁锅欺骗了，我以为这会是个秘鲁的典型主食，正好用来垫垫酸的不行的肚子，结果巴掌大的铁锅&hellip;不过里面这土豆口感还挺好，回家做功课发现是用土豆干炖的。Cangrejo TACO 这个菜我觉得好吃的点不在于调味或者烹饪手法有多高超，主要是软壳蟹本来就很百搭，而且炸制之后再调味还没吃过难吃的，高级天妇罗店基本都有软壳蟹。这天吃到的绿色酱汁基本没有味道，你说牛油果没味道就算了，芥末也没体现出来，但是这还是挺划算的一道菜如果想吃软壳蟹值得一试。Sundae de Maiz 爆米花配玉米冰淇淋，甚至还给你了两缕玉米穗穗，又是一个&ldquo;吃全家老小&rdquo;的创意。服务员说是他们自己做的冰淇淋，就是下面不知道为啥铺了菠萝，这是摁凑黄色[黑线]对了，他们家酒单真的非常不错，除了专门设计的鸡尾酒款，甚至还有他们自己品牌定制的基酒，问了下是龙舌兰酒，基本上他们鸡尾酒都是使用这款基酒，甚至改造了一些经典鸡尾酒。从照片你们应该能体会到这不想装高冷的风格，酒墙上摆着自制泡酒让我不由感到这就是跨越太平洋的野性呼唤吗？国内谁家里不放着点泡酒呢，可惜了今天我开车，约好朋友下次我只负责坐车再来一场&hellip;

We tried their Ramadan special iftaar menu on the weekend, and it was fantastic! The service, food and drinks were all soon on. We really enjoyed the quinoa salad, and the sweet corn main dish. There were lots of vegetarian options, and our server was happy to help us with some gluten free options too. Cocktails were fantastic too! I&#39;m definitely returning!

A very very good Peruvian inspired restaurant, great atmosphere, staff are very helpful, our server Martin was the best. Honest, patient and answered all of our questions, you could tell how knowledgeable he was about the menu, but obviously about Peruvian cuisine(He&#39;s Peruvian). It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Chilean Sea Bass in the iron pot and spicy beef are recommended. Oh...save room for desert and have the corn ice cream with pineapple, it will change your life.

The restaurant is still very easy to find at the Four Seasons Hotel! The scenery seen in the restaurant is also good! The beef roast is particularly fresh! But the last dessert made me stuffy! Too much honey!

Mercury Lounge On the sixth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, a great rooftop! From here, you can see the scenery of the seaside and the scenery of the entire city! The music played by the DJ is great! It makes people feel very comfortable! Staff service is very good! Of course the cocktail is excellent!
