The hotel building is nice, but the lobby is always crowded The elevator system was impressive. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet so I could rest well at night. However, the room was quite small, as noted on the website. The location is convenient, being close to the subway and Chinatown.

overall hotel is small, clean and cozy.
however this hotel doesn't offer complimentary parking.
Here is a reference for you, if you plan to park ur car at hotel basement. We parked over night from friday 7:30pm till the next day 11am the cost is $40.20 😅

Location is pretty convenient, close to MRT and Amy big food courts. Hotel is really new firm bed and pillow just the room that a bit too small

I have stayed here many times, and only this time did the room hygiene make me feel uncomfortable. I hope there will be a change，lot of dust and many stains have not been removed.

Very new and nicely designed hotel in a central location, on the fringe of Chinatown. Superb location with lots of eateries, MRT stations within walking distance. The only gripe I have is the size of the room, the bathroom especially. The room is tight for 2 persons, with no wardrobe and proper place for suitcases. The bathroom is shockingly tiny, I can safely say it’s not more than 2sqm for shower and toilet…the smallest bathroom I’ve encountered in a hotel room.
Breakfast in the coffee house is not too bad, quite a good selection

The hotel has room for big family with breakfast and it is affordable. Staffs are friendly and the location is superb. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet was not well ventilated so it had quite strong odor. We only stayed for a few nights so it was ok for us.
