Our family of 4 spent a night at Langham and found it to be a wonderful experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the service, staff and overall experience was great. Cynthia and her team at the executive lounge ensured we well taken cared of.

Breakfast buffet normal, bed with Simmons but no good with thick mattress protector and not cleaned vacuum mattress. Indoor pool no aircon operated with humid air. Snail shower in 5/f closed with button broken. Room aircon too humid make ppl sweat even set 16 degree Celsius and high cool .

Wonderful hotel! We booked a room with lounge access and the lounge is the wow factor! Not crowded, polite service and a great range of delicious food! I will return again! There is also a mall connecting the hotel making everything great!!

Stayed in this hotel twice and it remains my hotel whenever I visit Shenzhen. I love their service and everything about the hotel. It feels like coming home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
