The location is an hour's drive from the international airport. It is inconvenient to travel to and from the airport.
The car cannot park at the entrance of the lobby and it is very troublesome to carry luggage.
The entire structure is made of wooden boards, and the sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear what is happening next door.
When I went to the toilet, there was a little movement next door, and the facilities here made a tinkling sound.
There is no USB port in the entire room. The sockets are two round holes. There is no adapter provided. You can only buy an adapter at the front desk.

Hotel parking does not match Trip facilities. The lack of valet parking and the entrance to the parking lot create a very frustrating experience, especially after an intense day at work where the expectation of a moment of rest at the hotel is created. This will certainly be the decision factor not to return to the hotel, despite the internal facilities being very good and the service above average.

O hotel em geral é muito bom, porém achei que pecaram no serviço. Restaurante fecha às 22:30 e após esse horário não tem mais nenhum serviço de quarto. Pedimos comida pelo aplicativo e solicitei talheres com a recepção, me disseram que eu tinha que descer e ir até o restaurante ver se eles forneciam.
