Guilherme welcomed us with open arms. Did the check in in a very professional, warm and friendly way. The room we got was very clean. Very nice and the bed was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel.
The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm.
The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the speed of check-in and check-out needs to be accelerated.

I didn't know it was a first-class cultural and historical hotel until I checked in. It should be a quasi-four-star hotel, and it is worth the money at the current price. The service is polite. Regular facilities, standard hygiene, convenient location, and busy surroundings. English service is not guaranteed. I personally like staying here. Expect better!

Horrible shower, towels that barely dried, I was on the 16th floor and it felt like I was on the ground floor, very noisy. The breakfast, they didn't keep replenishing it! For the price, it's not worth it

When I arrived at the hotel, my reservation was not there. It took a while to resolve the issue. They wanted to put me in an adapted room. I ended up staying in a superior room but was forced to pay the difference. So there was a very serious problem with the reservation that was not even there.
