Worst family holiday ever in this place. We arrived at 7pm for check in. No running water in the shower, just toilet. It took them 2 days to fix it. Shower was full of mold and all room smelled moldy. Out allergies went up high! See photo below. Air conditioning was not working. We wasted three half days with their technicians fighting in our room because they said A/C was working and we had to stay to show them every day. Lost several Rome tours for this reason. WiFi was spotty. They charged me $2,000 for a five nights stay and after all this mess, they said they would refund 2 nights for the inconvenience!! WTH!! After 12 days, I haven’t received a single penny in refund and I am just exhausted of fighting with these people who behaved so unethical and unreasonable. The only reasonable person is Valeria, but unfortunately she has a limited authority, as apparently the owner is the person who makes decisions and he simply never called or showed his face. He just didn’t care his crappy business. Don’t ever stay in this place. It looks nice in pictures and has a great location, but it is simply not worth to lose your money and be treated like this.

We travel a lot and been in Europe many times so we are not picky or anything but always looking for value. The hotel gave us a room in the basement and I went through the hotel description it’s not mentioned there. Every time we turned on the A/C it started smelling like sewage and the room felt wet. The bed and the pillows felt like you are sleeping on the bricks and there were no windows in the room. It was never mentioned in the description that it’s on the street level and it made our sleep impossible because of the noise from outside. Overall experience not worth the money.

Soggiorno di un weekend. Camera pulita e spaziosa (camera orchidea). L’arredo ricercato e moderno si addice alla struttura e sa offrire comfort. Kit di cortesia, mini bar e macchinetta del caffè sono sopra la norma così come il servizio della colazione servita in camera con ampia scelta di prodotti. Perfetto. Personale cortese e attento. Da rivedere i cuscini di velluto rosso e la “striscia” di velluto rosso posta ai piedi del letto (la nostra era macchiata di una sospetta macchia bianca…), non amo questo genere di accessori per il letto poiché non li trovo per niente igienici. Altro dettaglio da aggiustare: l’impianto di riscaldamento, evidentemente guasto in quanto presentava solo le opzioni “off” oppure “31 gradi in camera”. Per il resto, e nel complesso, ottima struttura, la consiglio.
