When I was taking a shower on the first day, I found that the shower gel provided by the hotel was in an empty bottle. I left at nine o'clock the next morning and put up a sign saying that the room needed to be cleaned. As a result, when I came back at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was still not clean. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such poor service in a hotel.

Bath tap is too old needs to turn very hard to close it;
Breakfast is normal not much fruits at all,
gym is way too small and old,
After 9pm can not find the car park
ski equipment cannot bring to the inside of hotel, and ski storage room saying its all your own liability if lost or damage; doesn't feel like to put the ski equipment into the the storage.

Bathroom door is glass made and not able to close in full. Except this, it is a great stay. Hotel location is great with fabulous view.

Lovely lake view from the room and hotel terrace. Queenstown stay become even pleasant with this location. Friendly staffs, bar menu drinks and breakfast was awesome. Its 10/10 place to be , adding sugar on top for Queenstown city
