The hotel location is excellent, but the room cleaning service is bad. I did not find a toothbrush and asked them for it. They brought one for us, and they did not renew it for the rest of the days. The sheets were not changed.

Location is OK, especially if you want to be at a safe distance from the heart of the party at Bangla Road, yet not have to walk more than 13 minutes to submerge in all the action, along the way to Bangla you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, keep an eye on the Soi opening to your right and left.
If you prefer a more standard entertainment fare, just stroll a couple more minutes past Bangla and you will hit a large mall with plenty of choices. Also, right outside the hotel there are several restaurants with great food at great prices, and even street food stalls with BBQ in front of your eyes.
The facilities were a bit lacking. The swimming pool was great, especially the view of Patong beach, but a large section was closed for renovation and the bar was never attended. It sweemed like a lost opportunity. We loved the ocean theme of the decoration, and the convenience of a parking under the hotel. Overall a great place to stay.

The location of Beyond Patong Hotel is fantastic—close to shops, the beach, clubs, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully designed, but unfortunately, it was extremely noisy, which made it hard to sleep. I was relieved that I had only booked for two nights. The pool was decent, and I appreciated the two welcome drinks. They also provided free toiletries, coffee, and water, which was a nice touch. Overall, a mixed experience, but the location is hard to beat.

The location is good, just near to Patong beach and there’s 7-11 just right in front of the hotel. However, the room assigned was a bit far from the lift. And stay over for 3 nights, there’s 2 nights the aircon do not works well. Need to call several times to settle it.
