The hotel is too dark for me. But I like the location as it is in between 2 subway stations. And i love the washing machine too.

Nice location. However, room is very dark. To find things, you probably need a torch light. Hotel design is modern and artistic.

Location is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby.
Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room.
The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room).
The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.

The hotel is located in the heart of shinsaibashi and namba. They are literally just across the street. The room is well equipped with washing machine. The room is very big and bed is very comfy. The only downside is the dim lightings of the room.

Convenient location in Namba area
~10 mins to AirPort Express
Which also takes us to Takashimaya and underground subway to USJ
Walking distance to Mcdonalds, Dotonburi and street of shops
Only downside the rooms are really dark, not suitable if you are a makeup person
Washer/dryer in room was helpful!

It was convenient & easy to book thru trip.com. The room is big, cosy but light very dim. For those who want make up will be inconvenience cause very dim light. Room service after 11am no more so expect people to go out early. Gym facilities is not up to expectations and small. Overall good only, location is very good. Thank you trip.com

Location was good - cross one road and can reach the shopping street. Was assigned to the room on the highest floor and the view was good!! The hotel is clean. Just a downside that the hotel is dark (dark theme) so there might be areas where it will be dark and abit hard to pack/find items. Overall, will come back here again if I plan to travel to Osaka

Located in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!
