The concierge staff is good at translating and very friendly when I arrived at the hotel in my first day. Though the hotel is a bit far from the metro station, the friendly service of the greeting staff compensates that. The nearest station is Daikokucho station, which need a 5-minute walk to reach the hotel.

Children free to stay but won’t provide pillow, if u need pillow you need to pay. Well it didn’t mention before I booked my room. But staffs are nice location is good. Clean.

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

That was very nice , but 405 room about 4 am the window cloth made noise and moved by itself. it was very scary. it happened for about 10 minutes

Decent hotel, 10-15mins walk to Namba station. Rooms are good.

The room was nice and bigger than expected. Moreover, Clean toilet and bathroom.
The location also was very convenient in traveling to namba or umeda.
