The location is great and the rooms are typical Courtyard rooms. The property has a nice outdoor hot tub, hotel bar, and a big pool, both of which could use a cleaning given the scum line on both. My bathroom had hair on the floor and a left over Qtip hanging around behind the bathroom door that remained there even after a room refresh. The bed could also use a rotation in my room because the side furthest from the wall that 99% of people likely sleep was no longer firm like the rest of the mattress to the point it felt like I was sleeping I. A cheap hotel. The hotel also offers on-site dining options like bagels for 6.50 and tall (small) coffee for 3.00 and avocado toast for 13.50 which are all a bit ridiculously priced considering many competitors offer some form of complimentary coffee and light breakfast…and they offer no Splenda sweetener even though staff admitted everyone asks for it and they don’t know why they don’t offer it. Room mini fridges are just that, with no small freezer slot which is also another limiting service. While the location is great, this location and the Courtyard brand could provide more given the more premium price point than say Hilton and IHG properties who are often equally as nice and offer more value.
