Amazing place , calm and the foods are extreem

Just returned from a week here as 2 ad and 2 ch age 10&14. If you have done your research on the hotel and location, you won't be disappointed. 20 mins from city, with nothing outside the hotel, but everything you need onsite! *Spotlessly clean everywhere. Reception and blocks a little dated, but rooms great size for us and aircon works well! Our hairdryer stopped working and was replaced within the hour *Food was impressive. A lot of choice and varied every evening. No table service option and breakfast, lunch and dinner all in same place. Snack bar also available, would be good if opened 10pm for an hr or so. Singer there nost nights which added bit of ambience. Suggest if you want to avoid young families, go at 8:30 when mini disco starts! *Waterpark and pools are great. No fighting for sunbeds and no queuing in the waterpark!! The fact this is included in the hotel is fantastic. Great way to spend some time as a family. *Entertainment-busy round the pool 10-12 then 3-5pm with various games/aqua zumba etc. The animation team are brilliant. Encourage you to join, but not too pushy. Very friendly, great English too. Shout out to Mido and Eshmal. The evenings have mini disco 8:30-9:30 then a themed night running approx 9:30-10:30. Does go quiet after this. But kids enjoyed the pool party which again, thanks to the animation team, had a great atmosphere. *Staff - friendly and polite at all times. Bar staff helpful, restaurant staff attentive, cleaning staff on top of hotel and pools. Can't leave hotel to walk anywhere, but taxis readily available and approx 400 DHM return to city. Highly recommended visiting. We went 1 evening for walk round square and lovely meal in la Pergola and 1 morning for tour of sights and souks. Most popular with French speaking families, but staff speak good English. First time in Marrakech but won't be our last.

A great family hotel we had a two bedroom family room with a terrace overlooking the pool. It had a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee provided also a bathroom with large shower. The hotel has a fab water park, the choice of pools and slides for children of all ages and adults is fab. The staff are so friendly, The choice of food in the large restaurant is amazing something for everyone including local Moroccan dishes which were delicious. A free shuttle bus is provided by the hotel into the centre which was really good. The entertainment provided from morning till late at night by the Animation team was just amazing., they were absolutely brilliant. Definitely will be going back
