As usual, the Sofitel Marrakech is my favourite hotel in town. I have been a regular customer for more than 15 years and I still enjoy every minute of my stay over there. The friendliness of the staff, the management and service is just top world-class. I can't wait to return once again to this place which I call my home away from home! Keep up the good work!

Terrible hotel and service!!
They told me breakfast is included but came and charged me.
Next I realised they have double charged me for the room. They are thief.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Hospitality that you can say against. Nothing is too much to ask. Staff has an eye for detail and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is great and rooms clean and tidy
