Nice location and lovely views. Had a lovely time in Lisbon. The rooftop is amazing. Highly recommend.

The NH hotel is located in the middle of high end shops (you will feel like you are staying in the middle of a mall, which is ok). We upgraded to a suite and were given room 202, overlooking the inside of the shops. The positive on this hotel is the location on Avenida da Liberdade and its rooftop view. For anyone a little older or with a recent injury (my wife had knee surgery in March of this year), do not stay here if you want to take a shower. See the images of the shower. Not only is it difficult to get into the shower, it is even more difficult to exit. You will have to sit on the side and maneuver your way over the bathtub edge. Very unsafe and dangerous. It is also not possible to close the bathroom door. Please see photo of pop can to get an idea of shower height. If you are on lower interior hotel, you will need to keep your blackout shades closed as people walking through the mall can see directly into your room. I asked upon checkin if another room was available and the gentleman at front desk who checked us in was very discourteous. While we stayed here for four nights, look elsewhere as we know now there are many other options in Lisbon.

Directly below the hotel sits all the branded boutiques. It's great for doing all the shopping and I can drop my loot back to hotel and continue on. Room was big and spacious, packed with many amenities! I think I made a great choice booking this hotel!

We loved our stay. As soon as we walked in all the employees, especially Marianna and Dios (spelling?) were immediately welcoming and helpful with maps, recommendations and refreshments from our long travel upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and we were very impressed with free breakfast selection items. The rooftop view of Lisbon were beautiful. I informed our travel agent we were extremely happy with our accommodations.

Excellent choise to stay in Lisbon center in Avenida Da Liberdade. Rooms are comfy and modern. Personnel is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent, we had a superb New Years dinner in hotels restaurant. Terrace offers a great view in Lisbon
