Tropicana The Residences KLCC by ALMA

The hotel is located right across from Petronas Twin Towers and within walking distance from monorail station Bukit Nanas and Kelana Jaya line subway both of which run to KL Sentral. The staff are very friendly and offer ongoing online support . There’s a swimming pool on the rooftop from where you may get some splendid views of the twin towers. The only thing I’d recommend is sound proof windows since Kuala Lumpur is the city of motorcycles and we could hear them until late at night and starting early in the morning . Overall, a very pleasant stay particularly given the fact that the apartment is huge and the price is really affordable! Will stay here again next time for sure !

The bed is comfortable, the unit have all the amenities needed. Contact with the PIC thru WhatsApp before check in.. smooth check in and check out procedure. The view from the pool is nice.

The room was super clean and everything was well kept. There was even a water dispenser inside the room. Room was very spacious. Host was very prompt in reply and accountable. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Literally the worst experience I've had in years. Property has no concierge service and checking in and out was done through whatsapp. Was only sent a text at 9.09pm informing me that should i wish to do an early check out, I'll have to inform them in advance. I was already asleep at that time and had to call and text the person in charge multiple times to get someone to conduct an inspection of the room and get my 300RM deposit back. In total, it took the staff of the agent in charge of the room / property 30mins to arrive at my room and because of this delay, i missed my upcoming flight that morning. Overall just a really bad experience, mattress in the master bed room had black spots at the top corners but great veiw of the tower.

the facility and location were amazing. their service was not so much. it was difficult to contact the host before arrival. also one day cleaning service was not available.
