Althought our flight is delayed,you can still check-in in any time.
Remember the house managers will take 300rmb as a caution,after you check-out and refund.

Love our room, which is the biggest one during this trip, and has fantastic view of sunrise and sunset! Love the swimming pool too, a unique place to take pics;) The hotel has also thoughtfully prepared high quality and perfect daily necessities for us, which exceeded my imagination, and even has a washing machine and laundry detergent!

The location was great. Right by the towers. The room was nice. On the initial entry there you will have to wait for the person you book with in the lobby. Then they take you to another room to sign your paperwork. Please have 300 MYR upon arrival for deposit because it wasn’t stated in the booking. Glad we had pulled out money just because . We are American so going upstairs and not giving the key to your room in the lobby was a bit weird. The inspection to get your money back takes 10-15 mins so schedule that in on your departure time. All in all still had a decent time. Few culture differences but great time. Also download GRAB. It has everything you need kinda like Uber/Uber Eats.

My family and I really loved our stay here! I recommend Royce Residences by ALMA. Only a few minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The staffs are super nice and approachable too! We will surely come back some other time 😉❤️

The house is beautifully designed with a bathtub, and the price is affordable, making it suitable for a family trip. The location is good, with many attractions and shopping malls nearby. The customer service staff are also friendly. I will stay here again next time.
