This property gave us good staying experience having all the promised amenities and well served. On the problem is many service staff do not understand English which is not something bad but still.
Regarding the location of property i was but disappointed because this is very much in the outskirts of the Istanbul city, and when the city itself is a attraction and you live beyond doesn't make any sense and you have to travel 25 to 30 kilometres every day to get to your visiting spots.
Otherwise they do give a five star service as they pretend to.

Very nice Hotel, the people working there were very helpful and nice to talk to. The hotel was quite new but it looked like they didn’t keep up with repairs and maintenance. Overall a pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wanda Vista Istanbul, and it was an exceptional experience!
The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to assist us. Our apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, providing all the comforts of home. It was spotlessly clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.
The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the dining options available on-site. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.
What truly stood out was the staff's attentiveness. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Wanda Vista Istanbul for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You won't be disappointed!

Reception staff and porters were excellent.
Staff in restaurant were very poor, asked for room service as my partner was recovering from operation and was told its not available. Given a carry out to take to room plastic cutlery and storeroom plates , felt this was very poor for a supposed 5 star hotel.Complained to guest relations and Lady was helpful, also spoke to food and beverage manager but appeared just to pay lip service. Stood in restaurant behind a staff member for 5 minutes with no recognition that we were even there. Told us to sit anywhere we liked, only 3 other people in restaurant but took an age to serve us as she was busy sharing images on her phone with kitchen staff. We were supposedly upgraded to a better room but on checking my reservation we should have had this room anyway. We will be going back to Istanbul in the new year but we definitely will not be staying here.

I have been visiting Istanbul several times and I have been in many different hotels and apartments but this time I was in Wanda vista Istanbul hotel and I and my partner didn’t want to leave the place.
I’m speechless!!! Can’t find a word to describe how good the room and the staff members was room very clean and tidy and great looking the staff very friendly and polite and helpful
Everything was top of the range
Seriously I never leave any comments or likes on social media or anything else got dealing with the reviews or anything like that but this time I felt it’s so unfair if I don’t…
My partner she’s very fussy and she’s the type of a lady won’t settle less than what she deserves and she’s got very expensive taste 😖 when I found the hotel she wasn’t happy and argued with me why I book this hotel simply because the price wasn’t as expensive as other hotel we use to got but since we got there till the last minute we checked out she was loving every single second we spent in the room and she was saying from now on this is the one and only one place she would love to stay anytime we will come to Istanbul again
Thank you ever so much for the lovely and warm welcoming hospitality and very great full for the perfect service.🙏🙏
