Rixos Tersane Istanbul

For sure one of the best hotels I ever booked here. The reason that I could not give a full 5-rating is that the infinity pool has on the edge a lot of bird’s ****. Otherwise the room, restaurants, pool service, reception and concierge are on top level. Late check-out was approved with a smile. The only nagging: I asked for a quiet room, but got one near the hotel’s tennis court and a re-construction site.

Beautıful facilities, amazing reastaurants, very friendly and attentive staff especially Mrs Zeynep from concierge and two gentleman from reception Volkan and Emirkan and ladies from GR Pelin and Kayane. Came for my wifes birthday which they made vey special. Thank you for everything. We will come back again.

If there would be a Champions League for hotels, Rixos Tersane would win it. The nature of my media profession necessitates many hotel stays in many countries. Usually I cannot wait to go home. This time everything was different. Welcome? I felt as a family member, not paying guest. Design? Beautiful. Rooms? Perfect size, waterfront views, very comfortable beds, seating area, desk to work on, well above average storage space, and then the bathroom... history in the building, on the walls, there are books to read or consult about city and country. Food and beverage? Best I had in years at a hotel, from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast in particular is out of a stylish Hollywood movie. If a convention or conference is coming up - book it here. 2000 happy delegates? Easy :-) But there was something else, too: the team, their staff. How a hotel is managed reflects in staff attitude. According to my opinion and I spoke with many, this hotel must have the best possible management anywhere in the world. Thank you!

We had such a wonderfull time in rixos tersane hotel and EMIRKAN was a great guide for us and it was a nice staff and very kind and helpfull. And also Angel the lobby hostes she was very kind and professional. She gave us a welcome drink which is very cool.

Rixos Tersane Istanbul is a true gem of luxury and comfort! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with breathtaking views that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s impeccable service and attention to detail make every moment special. A big plus for Russian-speaking guests is the presence of friendly staff who speak Russian, making communication effortless and adding a personal touch to the experience. Hotel staff are very helpful even in an unusual situation. The Josephine restaurant deserves a special mention – the culinary offerings are nothing short of exceptional. The variety, quality, and presentation of the dishes are truly impressive, making every meal a delight. The only slight downside was the breakfast - it is not as premium as we expected- nothing bad to say- food is fresh and service is top, but just not meeting the level of other hotel services, so there is room for improvement. As the hotel is quite new I'm sure they are still polishing this and it will be eventually improved. Whether for a short getaway or an extended stay, Rixos Tersane Istanbul is a perfect choice for those who appreciate luxury, excellent service, and world-class dining. Highly recommended!
