Kempinski Hotel Frankfurt Gravenbruch

The hotel arranged for the Frankfurt exhibition has complete supporting facilities and good service staff. The only shortcoming is that the location is a bit remote. It is more than ten kilometers away from the city. It is pitch black at night. Taking a taxi to the city center for dinner costs 50 euros. It is not an exhibition. Otherwise, I would not choose

As always, everything was perfect. Nice staff at the reception. Nice, quiet room, comfortable bed, great bathroom with two sinks, good care products. The sauna area is very well maintained and clean. We swam in the outdoor pool after the sauna - just great! Beautiful relaxation areas where the peace and quiet is really maintained - very relaxing! It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for that! We would love to come back.

It is always a highly relaxed stay in this house. The staff are extremely helpful, committed and very concerned about the guest. I can only highly recommend this house and will spend the next weekend there again.

The hotel is big, but there are too few service staff, only one restaurant is opened, and the hygiene is also very bad.

房間設施肉眼看到的舊，不影響使用，整體入住感覺還是很滿意，服務很好，在德國感覺這個酒店説的英文是可以溝通的。餐廳很舒服，早餐很豐富，就是酒店房間裏面送的水和mini bar就衹有500ml和200ml的水各一瓶。歐洲人習慣和水龍頭的水，我們國人不習慣，這樣感覺就不夠水喝。酒店送的水基本都是有汽的，大概送有汽的水在歐洲才叫高大上酒店吧。值得一説的，停車要給錢，15歐一天，住2晚就收30歐。 這個我們國內一般也是住宿不收停車費的～畢竟這個酒店不在市中心。
