The hotel was in the heart of downtown, easily assessable to tons of cafe’s, restaurants, and stores. The skyline view was beautiful. The rooms were clean and extraordinary.

The Westin staff was friendly and informative. I really recommend the creole restaurant located below the lobby. Perfect location to travel to Deep Ellum.

We visited the Westin Downtown Dallas for a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was a very short walk and surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. We even had a colleague forget her phone in Arlington and the valet (Melvin) went all the way there to get it for her! The hotel is clean and beautiful but I would stay here ten times over the staff and the hospitality.

Take my advice, don't choose this place.
Although it is downtown and close to many attractions, there are so many homeless people chasing and scolding people that we dare not walk to the attractions.
The hotel is very old, the room is smelly, the quilt is pilling, and people are allergic.
The light is dim.
If it weren't for the children's competition, I really wouldn't consider staying here.
If I come next year, I will definitely change to the area near Highland Park

It was ok, some mold in the shower and, it was giving me not properly cleaned vibes, it was a shirt left in the closest from a previous guess.
