Location is very good in the center of tourist spot. The issue I had was that my room did not have any ventilation and the room was not big enough as Trip com said.

A very good stay experience. The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Plaza de Armas and very close to everywhere. The hotel decoration style is fresh, the manager and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the environment is clean and tidy. Luggage can be stored at the hotel for free when going to Machu Picchu, and the service is very attentive. Absolutely positive reviews and highly recommended to stay at this hotel in Cusco.

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the Plaza de Armas, and you can walk to the main attractions in the old city. The room facilities are relatively new and the decoration style is similar to that in China. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the wash basin and shower room have hot water 24 hours a day. The lobby downstairs is not big, but it is comfortably furnished and the breakfast is good. All in all, everything is good, but the price is a bit expensive.

A cosy hotel in the centre of Cusco. We were very happy with our stay as the staff were really helpful. Thalia changed our room in the morning when I said it wasn’t suitable. We had arrived after 10pm the night before. Our new room had a balcony overlooking the street. We were very fortunate to see a parade pass by. The hotel is in an excellent location on a side street off the main square. It is also very clean. Natalie another desk person recommended a perfect restaurant, Nuna , a short walk from the hotel for dinner. We were very happy here.

Thalia was so helpful. We had a lot of fun on this trip. A big part of it was the great service and beautiful accommodations. we will come back again and again because Peru is one of our favorite places! We saw parades going by and we were so close to the plaza. It made us so happy to have this great family experience.

Thalia could not have been more helpful. We brought a group and she made sure everybody was happy and taken care of. The hotel is great and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommended. The other great place about this hotel is it’s right close to the center of Cusco.
