The environment and location are good, the room is not big, and the facilities are okay. The waiters speak English, the front desk staff smile less, and the airport pick-up and drop-off are paid

Our best stay in Peru. Hotel is well located, designed and welcoming. Breakfast offers many different options and amazing food. People are so nice and caring Rooms are convenient and comfortable and very well maintained. A lot of old designer furnishings and patios, making this hotel a perfect place to stay in. Would recommend it to everyone staying in Cusco. We spent there 6 nights

Delicious meal and very good service from Edson. Beautiful plating. I had the prawns coated with quinoa salad. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and scrumptious accompanied with chips. The chicken soup was nice and light yet flavourful. We were offered bread and flavoured butter and a small amuse-bouche before our meal. Thank you!

The hotel is really nice. Everyone is very friendly and they have great recommendations for things to do. Did a Pisco Sour class with Roger where he teaches you how to make one. He was really knowledgeable and you get a great tasting Pisco Sour at the end!

Arnold was super duper nice ! He helped us pick the best meals and everything was so good! Ask for him to be your waiter! He spoke good English and Spanish which was nice. I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant between the atmosphere and his great service.

What a quaint old world hotel. Rooms were relatively spacious compared to Novetel Hotel. The staff welcoming and caring. No need to even venture out dining the meals here are some of the best. Try the asparagus soup creamed. The bellhops were most helpful and accommodating, especially Juan Carlos. Machu Pichu is located in a high elevation so I was affected by the altitude during my stay. The last night was especially challenging but my friend ordered an oxygen tank that was promptly delivered to my hotel room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the building itself is full of charm and atmosphere. The staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. The meals were very enjoyable and of a high standard. It’s a fabulous base to explore the Cusco region and extremely well located.
