We had a wonderful stay. Jolene was just fabulous and welcoming in the restaurant. Great location. Service just a little slow in restaurant. Otherwise great 🙌

Efficient check-in, clean and well equipped rooms. Slightly disappointed with the view and especially that the room was a single-floor, close-nit quarters considering we booked a family duplex. One bathroom to share could be awkward. The room is at the back of the hotel. 2 lonely chairs on the balcony is a bit sad. There are a number of restaurants to choose from on the boardwalk by the hotel. Excellent service from the main restaurant and bar. Safe parking for vehicles. Despite the commentary, it's really not a bad investment in accommodation. Will visit again.

It is with utmost disappointment that I convey that my stay When we arrived, the arrangements that I requested in the room were not honored. I requested a bed for my daughter and supplies for 3 instead of 2, as my daughter was with us. This was not seen to. There weren't enough towels in the room either, and it took ages for that to arrive. The patio furniture and walls were full of bird diarrhea, so we had to request for it to be cleaned. The pool deck was littered with mess as well, and there was a big dead pigeon outside our room. The couch was heavily stained, but the worst for me was that our beddings were dirty. When I saw this, I requested a change of room, and the receptionist quickly arranged this. We were given an upgrade, but after we settled it, we found 3 dead cockroaches in the room. We asked 2 staff members who came to our room to clean it up, and both refused. My husband then did it himself. Oh, and it was his birthday, by the way. We also had no bathrobes, so we requested it, and waited so that we could go shower. After 1.5 hours, we had to phone again, and reception was shocked that we did not receive anything. I have images of the mess, cockroaches, dead pigeons, and state of the room, if you would like them emailed. I feel robbed for having to pay for facilities that were beyond below what I would experience in my own home for free. We have given up on this establishment and will look for a different place to relax and unwind.

After having trouble at check in, Front desk agent Veronique saved the day. She handled the everything very Professionally. We look forward to spending the next 3 days in this beautiful hotel. Breakfast is always a winner with such a wide variety.

What a wonderful place for a short escape. Great location. Well appointed room. Food excellent. Staff courteous and efficient. Outside deck ideal place for long lazy lunch with beautifully cooked and presented food. Art gallery was a bonus spent money supporting local artists.

I was instructed to go fetch my own spoon and the tea cups were not even displayed on the table I requested for cups and they brought blue cups that was full of oil inside no hot water at the serving table

What a pleasant stay indeed, and catering was excellent! Just a thought, as an architect by profession, your street facade needs a lot of attention. The first impression is one of a closed down business complex! There is no visual signage (I know it is up on the gable) but you need to announce yourself with signage on eye/street level.
