Better than expected! perfect location, nice big room, delicious brekfast, great service. I will defenetelly recomend this hotel

Was told I needed to pay for a second person after checking in when the reservation could not be changed. I had been in touch with the hotel before and they knew I was traveling with someone and no one told me there was any issue with the reservation. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

Excellent hotel in a very quiet location. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The views of Buenos Aires from our deck were spectacular. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and is included in the price. My new favorite hotel in Buenos Aires.

This hotel is not in the center of tourist sites, so it is necessary to take an inexpensive taxi or uber, but we enjoyed the neighborhood vibe. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and it was an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens and Eco-Park. Large room and balcony, good air conditioning, very clean and bright. Safe luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The two guys at the front desk every morning were exceptional. For example, upon our arrival, Manuel was out the door to assist with our luggage before we even took a step away from the taxi. We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the spacious dining room. Good selection of items.

Very nice hotel with a staff that is friendly and helpful. Am looking forward to staying there again should we ever visit that area again. When we stayed we were able to leave our luggage while we went to visit Iguazu Falls. This was really very helpful.

Well, I stayed here on recommendation of a colleague, but I will decide myself next time. 5th time to BA, always stayed in good hotels, but this is not one of them. Far away from the action, though an uber costs nearly nothing. Large rooms, mine even had a little kitchen, why?, and a large balcony. Bed was kingsize and good. Minibar with a few drinks in it. Good airconditioning. Next to a bad location, the hotels lacks any sphere or vibe. Limited breakfast without any service, no bar during the day or night or small shop to buy a snack. Apparently via roomservice… anyway, not my kind of place to stay, but reading the reviews I am the minority.

We had an excellent experience at the Wyndham Polo. The service was outstanding, location was great, rooms were large and clean. Would highly recommend. A special recognition to the front desk staff who went out of their way to accommodate our need for a handicap room even though they were sold out for New Year’s Eve. They let us use one room temporarily and then move to a handicap room later that day. Excellent customer service.
