Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Few attention on the customer due to the lack of staff in the hotel. It was a good stay, but they definitely need to hire more staff in order to provide a good customer service.

Excellent service from all staff. The facilities are very good, not to mention the buffet breakfast, with a huge variety of dishes, including Colombian ones, which are very tasty. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is close to 2 shopping centers and the airport.

The service was great. I caught a cold during my stay, and the restaurant cooked porridge for me for two consecutive days and provided me with boiled water at any time. It felt very warm.

I have never stayed in such a bad star hotel. There is no air conditioning. There is a loud noise of planes taking off and landing all day long. The room is old and dirty. When you are sleeping, there will be a big spider crawling on you to take care of you! I really don't know how Ctrip ranked it first?
