The hotel was under renovation when I stayed there, so the reception was a bit small. The most satisfying thing was probably the breakfast, which was very rich. Every day there was beef potato soup or chicken potato soup, with a lot of meat and good soup. If you squeeze a little lemon juice into it, you won't feel sick at all.

The service is excellent...Karla, Santiago and Natalia always greeted us with a smile and their service was always beyond what we expect. They made us feel at home and very welcome here. I have stayed in many hotels and their service is the best. Sofia and Cristien on the night staff were amazing as well... The staff definitely sets the Marriott W Bogota apart and I would strongly recommend a stay here for that reason

Welcome surprise. Normally stay at JW when in Bogota Colombia. However. Marriott el dorado is of similar outstanding quality and services. Esteban and the staff in the executive lounge are awesome. Highly recommend Hotel El dorado and will stay there for my next time in Bogota.

Excellent lounge on the tenth floor for Bonvoy Platinum and above members. Food is never the same, almost as good quality as the restaurants downstairs. I now eat dinner there regularly on every trip. Esteban is an outstanding bar manger and always provides excellent service in the lounge.

Another excellent stay at the Bogota Marriott. The rooms are spacious and clean. Super friendly staff throughout the hotel. The morning buffet breakfast is excellent. Esteban in the executive lounge is attentive and great to chat with. Plenty of food options within walking distance of the hotel.

Excellent service, from all the staff; they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Close to all, great food, and drinks. The spa was on point, thank you Karen. Finally I can’t thank Stevan enough for all the details and excellent service that he provided at the executive lounge. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back soon.

We stayed our first night in Columbia at the Bogota Marriott in the business district. We arrived at 10:30 pm, and I’m not sure if it was even a ten minute ride from the airport. Such an easy drive and it was a beautiful hotel, bed was comfortable, bathrooms updated, and check-in service very nice and friendly. You could see that this was the hotel of choice of the airline pilots and flight attendants as we encountered many. Would definitely recommend for travelers looking for an “American” style stay in Bogota - it was just like any other Marriott in the US. We had a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel. The kids were happy with pancakes and cereal, and my husband and I were happy with the regular breakfast offerings in addition to Columbian dishes we could try for the first time! Great coffee, fresh juices, and wonderful service. Would return.
