The toilet is small and water was spilled everywhere after a shower, other than this all are exceptional good!

Could be better slightly small room. But relatively clean and good service from staff.

On our last day our key cards are not working. They gave us wrong laundry soap keep giving us fab conditioner. They couldn’t understand We are upgraded to teibe max even tho we did not asked. We prefer the trive extra as we did not require cooking and kitchenwares. Also stove is not working They dont change your slippers and they dont replenish your bathroom amenities toothpase etc It was a noisy room 2301 at night due to some pipe sounds and riser sounds

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and everything put together nicely. They however didn’t leave toiletries such as toothbrush etc in the room and placed a notice that we could ask for them if needed as a way of being sustainable. There’s a cafe on the 1st floor and a restaurant on the 5th floor that seems to always be open with a variety of dishes to choose from. They have a pool that I didn’t visit as I was tired from before but it seemed lovely from my room. I’d say everything was nice. My only issue was getting taxi to the shopping areas. I’m had to take bikes since no car really wanted to come to that area because of constant traffic throughout the day. However, nice cafes were within walking reach and they have a shuttle to get to the big shopping mall (I forgot the name) to get luxury brands etc.

New hotel tucked in 15mins walk from Phrom phong bts. Room is large and comfortable beds. Breakfast is buffet but same every morning. Road leading to hotel doesn't have foot path and can be dangerous from cars especially careful at night. Good stay
