Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel

Classic period building hotel 5 minutes walk from Acropolis museum. Great room tastefully furnished, firm bed and pillows. Quality soft linen and towels. Powerful shower. Breakfast is a little disappointing for the price but had all the essentials. Some of the communal areas could do with some renovation but the room itself and the service was fantastic. Recommended.

The facilities are old and the beds are poor.

I chose the Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel based on the previous reviews and location. If given the option to do it over again, I would not change a thing. It is quaint, intimate, and familiar. Donna is a delight. She helped me so much at the beginning of my stay and set the stage for my vacation. Her hospitality and charm made me feel as though I was home.

The Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel was located in a great location with an easy 5 minute walk from the Metro if you are arriving from Athens Airport. Instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easily understood. It was a ten minute walk to the Acropolis and convenient to all the restaurants and shopping around it. I would describe the hotel as eclectic. I do not believe there is an elevator so you will climb steps to get to your room. At least this is what we did. The room was clean and spacious. We were in room 106. Everything worked as it should including Wifi. The beds and pillows were acceptable. Mattresses are firm. The location of the toilet in the bathroom was a little strange as the door would hit the toilet before opening fully. I attribute this to the eclectic and vintage nature of the building. Water pressure was just so so although there was no shortage of hot water. The hosts at the front desk were pleasant and helpful for questions. Breakfast included was pretty basic but, good. The highlight was fresh squeezed orange juice! Overall, it was a nice hotel if you like boutique type accommodations.

Very convenient location, only walking distance to the south entrance of Acropolis and other attractions. Friendly staff and we were able to leave our luggage in lobby so we could easily visit all the attractions without carrying them. They also arranged a taxi for us to go the airport early in the morning.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location very close to everything. The staff are brilliant and Christos in particular was so helpful, friendly and informative and he went above and beyond helping us figure out how to get to the airport and the times etc.

A great hotel for the price, location, and all the basic amenities! The staff was so accommodating and sweet, Dona was always there to answer any questions we had about the hotel, Athens and Greek culture. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything!
