The hotel is about 20 minute walking from centraal station or 10 minute walking from the nearest metro station. But, they provide shuttle to and from the centraal station. The room is spacious with bathtub. The service is very good. The gym is quite large. It’s a nice place for pampering oneself.

Upon our arrival at Centraal Station (Ferry Station) on 02/11/22 @ 4.15pm, we made a call to request for a shuttle. Less than 10mins the driver came but drove away in front of us without stopping by to pick us up. Thereafter we made a call again to hotel to ask the driver come back. After the 15 mins of waiting (travelling with a baby and weather is cold and total waiting time is 25 mins). The driver finally arrived, i asked him why he never stopped to check around if there is any guests waiting for him. He said i shouted at him and asked to carry my heavy luggages up to the van by myself because he is not happy and complaint to the other guest who is also taking the same shuttle. I even had to open the van back door to reloaded the luggages by myself also when arrived at the hotel.
This is the most terrible service I ever encountered. Initially I was looking very forward to stay in this hotel but I was ill-treated by this driver. I hope the management will look into this matter. This not the kind of service provide to the guest. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great hotel. Ms Raabia is wonderful and the entire staff is always very helpful! The sandwich counter is great for a quick bite. The NH Noord location is close to Centraal Station but yet offers great biking outside the city just minutes away with the bikes they have available.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, free van service to the ferry. I would stay again and recommend to others visiting Amsterdam. The room was a good size for 2 people and the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a miscommunication about check-out time, but they were accommodating and stored my bags while I explored. The location was nice and was an easy jaunt to Amsterdam Centraal via the free hotel van that drove to the free ferry. They have laundry service onsite, but you have to submit within a specific timeframe. I went to a nearby laundry facility. There are solid restaurants within walking distance. I was impressed by the affordability of this hotel for the quality.

The hotel was great in terms of location, room size and service but the bed was hard and pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable. I was there for 4 days so sleep was an issue. The breakfast was really expensive too so decided not to have it. The hotel provide a free shuttle service to the ferry which is excellent.

Amazing attention from staff, specially front desk helping us beyond the ordinary (not sure about the name as month have passed, Priya?). Great room, ferry transportation, definitely would be back. Not to far from the ferry but it was very helpful the van on rainy days

The staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and very pleasant. I had a very nice conversation with Marzenna (the house keeper manager). She was very helpful and pleasant. It was a very great experience. I been commuting to the hotel several times now and every time I always have a great experience. Thank you again for everything. Highly recommend

I would recommend this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly staff, good breakfasts, and the shuttle was brilliant for getting to the ferry and into the city centre within minutes. Lovely relaxing bar. Shout out to Mo in the bar. What a lovely friendly man.

Spotlessly clean, with good staff. Loved the free transfers to/from the Ferry to Centraal. It made everything so easy for us. The driver, Ricardo, gave us great tips. A good hotel for a short stay, but slightly out of the way. Would still return though!
