TL;DR: The receptionist exhibited rudeness that impact overall experience of stay.
If I’ve had read the reviews the thoroughly, I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel. There’s one common problem here: a rude reception staff, whose behaviour and communication skill is very appalling and negative.
I experienced it when I’m at the hotel and honestly this experience diminished all the good points about the hotel (like strategic location, great amenities and comfortable bed). Like one of other guests mentioned it is crucial for a hotel's reception staff to be welcoming and accommodating, however their interaction with me was rude and condescending.
Truly, I hope the management take an initiative to provide hospitality training to their staff and improve the professionalism because if not, the staff’s lack of basic customer service skills, will negatively impact the business.
