We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

Highly recommended! Amazing hotel, clean and comfy. Amazing stuff at reception, quick check - in. Clean and quiet rooms. Specially thank you for the service. Amazing guy on the bar, Gadison, the best cappuccino and pizza for my dinner advised by him! Thank you Gadison for good customer service experience and tasty dinner:)

The hotel staff is simply amazing. Peniel Arthur and the executive lounge staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating especially William and Vanessa. After my room experienced flooding, they immediately moved me to another room and gave me a handwritten note with a fruit basket to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you

Wow, the kindness, and impeccable service I received from Caleb, the bellman, is commendable. He deserves Employee of the month!!! Please keep him employed. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly appreciated and took full advantage of the amenities.

The welcome at front Desk by Ms Patience was fantastic the dining crew especially David was incredible the Genitorial service Ms Florence was on point. The total experience was beyond my expectations. I have never experienced this hospitality before anywhere

The entire staff from guest relations, front desk, restaurant, bar, restaurant, security, and management went “above and beyond” expectations every day. Too many names to individually recognize, it is evident all the staff embrace and value facilitating a positive guest experience.
